I’m Ashley, and I’m a reader.

This blog started as a project to read all the books that were nominated for and won the Newberry and Caldecott Medals. I overestimated just how many books that would be. You can read my first post here.

I would one day like to achieve that goal, but I’m also still reading a lot of other things.

When I’m not reading, I like to bike, cross stitch, and watch bad TV (and also good TV). I’m unabashedly in love with Star Trek. I eat with much enthusiasm. I am good–really good–at organizing things.
